Firecracker Casserole
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 can black beans, drained
2 Tbs chili powder
2 to 3 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
4 flour tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Brown beef and onion in skillet until brown. Add in black beans, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Pour in 9×13 baking dish. Top with 4 flour tortillas, then mix soup and Rotel and pour over tortillas. Top with sharp cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. ENJOY!
