Teriyaki Steak with Peppers and Pineapple
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup A1 steak sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 sweet red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
20 oz. can pineapple chunks drained
hot cooked rice
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Set sauce aside. In a skillet or wok, fry the beef, peppers, onion, and garlic in oil for about 5 minutes. Top with pineapple chunks. Cover and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve with hot cooked rice.
